The CROCK Awards
The CROCK Awards exist to recognize the significant influencers in the worlds of classic and Christian rock--those movers and shakers who keep rock-n-roll alive or who have made rock-n-roll what it is today. These awards are given on an "as-deserved" basis. Although we receive nominations on a rolling basis year round, we only make an award when our judges are so moved that any other course of action would be illogical, unconscionable, or half-witted.

Nominees may be solo artists or bands, but they must fit into the rock genre and represent the values of WLVA-DB, The CROCK. If you'd like to nominate someone for an award, email the following information to info@thecrockradio.com:​
1. Artist's or band's name
2. Why you are nominating the artist or band
3. Artist's or band's website address
4. Links to sample music and/or music videos
5. What level of award you recommend

The CROCK Award can be given at one of three levels: The Green, Blue, or Golden CROCK Award. Descriptions and criteria for each award is listed below.

We hope The CROCK Awards promote excellence in rock-n-roll and keep this important genre of music alive for generations to come!

The Green CROCK Award
The Green CROCK Award is given to those artists and bands who, in addition to exhibiting great musicianship and original songwriting abilities, most exemplify this station's values. WLVA-DB, The CROCK, is committed to traditional Christian values such as Christ-centered living, love for one's neighbor, service to God and others, and disciple-making. Criteria for this award include alignment with these values, superb muscianship, and demonstrated commitment to the rock-n-roll genre.

Blue Award
The Blue CROCK Award
The Blue CROCK Award is given to those artists and bands who exemplify the rock-n-roll spirit and/or who have made lasting contributions to the historical development of rock. Criteria for this award include superb musicianship, multiple songwriting credits, extraordinary commitment to the rock-n-roll genre, and, when applicable, industry recognized contributions to the historical development of rock.

Golden Award
The Golden CROCK Award
The Golden CROCK Award is the highest honor and is given to those artists and bands who exemplify this station's values and the rock-n-roll spirit and who have made lasting contributions to the historical development of rock. Criteria for this award include alignment with station values, superb musicianship, multiple songwriting credits, extraordinary commitment to the rock-n-roll genre, and industry recognized contributions to the historical development of rock.
